StudentCard Duplicate

• You have lost your StudentCard.
• Your StudentCard was stolen.
• Your StudentCard is torn or defective.
• You have changed your name (e.g. after marriage).

Re-issuance of the StudentCard:

We require the notice of loss (You can obtain a notice of loss from the lost property office), the completed application for a StudentCard duplicate and proof of payment for the duplicate StudentCard (payment confirmation).

The amount of €15 can either be paid on the spot by ATM or transferred to the following account before the re-issuance:

Come to the Student Services Department during office hours with the above documents or verification.

Possible uses:

You can use the following services via the StudentCard, provided that you are properly registered as a student in the respective semester and your card also bears the validity date:

- Access to various (specialized) libraries
- Access to teaching and  learning rooms at the Medical University of Innsbruck
- Use of a locker (lower floor 1)
