To avoid any confusion:

• If you require any advice for choosing the optimum strategy of sample preparation and/or type of analysis, please make arrangements to discuss your project needs in detail prior to submitting your sample (contact us via e-mail).
• Each of the vials that contain sample must be labelled with your name and sample name (as stated in the sample submission form).
• Please keep in mind that we can accept samples only with completed sample submission form.
• Data report and data handling:
  Depending on the analytical technique expect turnaround times up to ten business days, extensive projects may require more time. After finishing the analysis a report will be stored at a special personalized account (details see Data Report). In addition to that we will provide all raw data and you are strongly advised to download and store these files for future data reprocessing/reinterpretation, because all your data are deleted from our system after four weeks.
